Butter

Butter first opened in February 2016. It is primarily a fried chicken and sneaker shop. Post Malone amongst many others have partied here over the years! Every winter, Butter has 'Ramen Club' and serves up an all chicken thick broth paired with their signature fried chicken tenders, making it world famous! Julian Cincotta is Head Chef here - ex Rockpool, Nomad, Thievery. He is self taught inspired from a trip in 2017 to Japan where he fell in love with Rokanishu's dipping ramen in Tokyo station.
