Ichi-Ban Boshi is a veteran of the Sydney Ramen scene, and first opened in 1998! Keiji Muto is the Head Chef and learned his skills in Japan. The shop has many varieties of Ramen, and specialise in Tokyo Ramen, and  Tantan-men.
