RaRa first opened in Redfern August 2018. They specialise in Hakata style Tonkotsu Ramen. They keenly innovate Vegetarian/Vegan alternatives and many favourite other styles they love eating in Japan. Handmade noodles, high quality ingredients with a focus on producing as many elements of the ramen in store is in RaRa's DNA. Head Chef across the Company is Scott Gault. The team has grown over the years and includes Terry Jeon and Ian Kang as Executive Chefs at RaRa. Scott trained with Ramen masters in Japan, Fukuyama and later Oyama, Tochigi. After forming strong relationships with these Ramen Masters they have visited the team in Sydney on occasions to further develop the teams skills in ramen making.
