Ramen Shogun opened in July 2022. It is known for its tonkotsu based ramen, which combines the flavours of rich pork bone broth and chicken. The spicy ramen dishes are particularly addictive. The head chef, Jun, worked at various Japanese restaurants and developed a passion for ramen. This led him to open his own ramen shop. His goal is to create a ramen that everyone will love, and he continues to research and experiment in order to make even more delicious ramen.
