Sou Ramen Lab opened in 2022, and they specialise in chicken focused broth ramen with various different toppings. Takeshi Sekigawa is the Ramen chef and his journey with Ramen is long! It started 20 years ago with Iekei Ramen in Tokyo. He then later moved to Sydney in 2010 and started Gumshara as an opening chef, then been approved to be opening head chef for Yasaka Ramen. when covid started he returning to Japan in late 2019 to work at a Niboshi Ramen and Miso Ramen restaurant in Chiba prefecture. He then returned to Sydney in mid 2022 and co-founded Sou Ramen Lab.
